ITM Components offers a 30-day return window for most electronic hardware and industrial components, provided items are returned in their original packaging with all technical documentation. Please ensure all sensitive equipment is handled with anti-static precautions before being returned to our facility.
Request an RMA
Log in to your account portal or contact our technical support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Component
Securely pack the item in its original anti-static shielding and protective box to prevent transit damage to sensitive circuitry.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping carton and send the package to our designated logistics center.
Inspection and Credit
Our engineers will inspect the hardware for integrity and functionality before processing your refund or dispatching a replacement.
